It was a classic alpine moment when Brooke met her love on a chairlift and swiftly decided to make these mountains home. Colour us lucky… via the bright lights of Edmonton, Vancouver and Bangkok, Brooke has been keeping Banff beautiful for 18 years now. Her great sense of boho-chic style is manifested in B-Towne’s intimate, relaxed atmosphere and, as a Master Stylist and Master of Colour with Wella Professional, Brooke’s love of people is matched only by her expertise and keen passion for detail. “I love all types of hair—curly or straight, short and long, She, He and They—it’s a pleasure for me to bring out the natural beauty in us all.”

Vanesa

Stylist & Colorist (Senior Stylist)

With a solid 17 years’ experience as a hairstylist, Vanesa has traveled the world and has made her way to Banff to put down roots! She has trained with Tony and Guy in London England and has done hair all over europe. She is efficient in balayage and highlighting techniques, and if you are after a beautiful blowout then she is your stylist!

Ruzel

18 Years of experience and educated with Wella and Vidal Sasoon. Ruzel graced us with her abilities all the way from South Africa! She has continually worked in the industry and owned her own salon back in South Africa, where she left behind a very loyal and full clientele to begin a new life for herself and family. Extremely hard working and kind, she will bend over backwards to make sure each client is well taken care of and they always leave feeling happy! Specializes in Blow out styles, Mens Cuts, and the complete look for ladies!

Kaitlin

Stylist & Colourist (Junior Stylist)

With five years honing her skills behind the chair, Kaitlin’s passion for hair styling shows in each meticulous colour and precision cut she creates. “I believe staying current on trends and products is key to providing the best service, so I invest in ongoing training with some of my favourite industry leaders such as Davines, Redken and Wella. When you sit in my chair, we will collaborate on a detailed plan to make your hair dreams come true.” When Kaitlin is not in the salon, she loves exploring the mountains and hanging out in her kitchen experimenting with vegan versions of her favourite recipes. She’s an avid reader, loves all animals, and feels lucky to call Banff home.

Kiva

(Caoimhe ~ Ir.)

Meet Kiva (yep, it's spelled Caoimhe — because the Irish like to keep things interesting and impossible to pronounce at first glance!) Is a passionate and creative hair stylist with over 17 years of experience in the industry. She’s worked everywhere from busy salons to behind the scenes at London Fashion Week and photo shoots for the bleachlondon brand, gaining a wide range of experience that’s shaped her unique style and approach. Skilled in both cutting and colouring, Kiva loves creating looks that suit each client’s personality and lifestyle. She blends technical know-how with a creative touch to help people feel confident and look their best. For the past two years, she’s been travelling the world, soaking up inspiration and continuing to do what she loves—making people feel great through great hair.
